At Angkor Image Restaurant “AIR”, we selected the typical Khmer dishes and invented them nicely on our everyday dishes to please our customers.   

Our daily dishes and menus feature with beef, chicken or fish, eggplant, green beans, potatoes, fresh coconut milk, lemongrass and Kroeung “the local ingredients – mixed of herbs”.

All the delicious dishes are served on the menus, available on Ala cart for couple, family as well as the Set menu for any reserved group and for any special occasions such as family gatherings and birthday celebration and honeymoon set at our elegant open air terrace.

Fresh Ingredients

Like most Asian countries, Cambodia has its specialty to share of vegetarian recipes on offer, here at AIR, we do usually use of the local ingredients, Turmeric root, Galanga root, Ginger, Rice paddy herb, Pepper mint, Khmer peppers ..., just describe a few and we serve with the dishes of Vegetable Stir-fry, Fragrant-Eggplant, Char Kreoung Samlor Kor-Ko (Khmer mixed vegetable stew), Banana Blossom Salad ... ete.
Fish amok is one of the most well-known Cambodian dishes, but you'll find similar meals in neighboring countries. The addition of slek ngor, a local herb that imparts a subtly bitter flavor, separates the Cambodian version from the pack.
Fish amok is a fish mousse with fresh coconut milk and kroeung, a type of Khmer curry paste made from lemongrass, turmeric root, garlic, shallots, galangal and fingerroot, or Chinese ginger. At Angkor Image Restaurants fish amok is steamed in coconut.Fresh ingredient
